Land of Don Quixote

Do you want to follow in the footsteps of Don Quixote de La Mancha, reliving his story?

Our estate is located right in the heart of the land where the Ingenious Gentleman’s adventures took place
In Argamasilla de Alba you can visit Cueva de Medrano, the cave where Cervantes was held prisoner and where he started to write the story that would make La Mancha world famous.
You can also visit Alcázar de San Juan, and visit its Church of Santa María la Mayor where Miguel de Cervantes’s baptism certificate is kept.
If you prefer, take a guided visit of Cueva de Montesinos, the cave where Miguel de Cervantes set the stage for the most famous enchantment in the history of literature.
Take a stroll through the windmills at Campo de Criptana, where Cervantes staged the most fantastic battle in universal literature, or discover El Toboso, where the spirit of Dulcinea still lingers today in the house museum.
We can even organize a performance by local artists about the comings and goings of Don Quixote and Sancho Panza.
